This is done by the ministers making statements on the floor of the House , laying reports and papers on the Table of the House or placing documents in the Parliament Library . यह जानकारी मंत्रियों द्वारा सदन में वक़्तव्य देकर , प्रतिवेदन और पत्र सभा पटल पर रखकर या दस्तावेज संसद ग्रंथालय में रखकर उपलब्ध कराई जाती है .

The Committee also examines all Bills , which seek to delegate powers of legislation to a subordinate authority with a view to seeing whether suitable provisions for laying of rules or orders on the Table of the House have been made therein . समिति उनकी जांच यह देखने के लिए करती है कि क्या उनके नियमों या आदेशों को सभा पटल पर रखने के लिए उपयुक्त उपबंध किए गए हैं .

After the opinions have been received , these are laid on the Table of the House followed by a motion for reference of the Bill to a Select/Joint Committee . राय प्राप्त हो जाने पर उन्हें सदन के सभा पटल पर रख दिया जाता है जिसके पश्चात विधेयक को प्रवर/संयुक्त समिति को निर्दिष्ट करने का प्रस्ताव पेश किया जाता है .

Half-an-hour after the President 's Address , both the Houses meet in their respective Chambers where the copies of the President 's Address are laid on the Table of the House by the Secretary-General concerned . राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के आधा घंटा पश्चात दोनों सदन अपने अपने चैंबर में समवेत होते हैं जहां राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण की प्रतियां सदन के महासचिव द्वारा सभा पटल पर रखी जाती हैं .

The Committee examines all papers laid on the Table of the House and reports to the House any defaults in compliance with the provisions of the Constitution , Act , Rule or Regulation under which the papers have been laid or if there has been any unreasonable delay in the laying of such papers before the Parliament . यह समिति सभा पटल पर रख गए सभी पत्रों की जांच करती है और संविधान के जिस उपबंध के अधीन या अधिनियम , नियम या विनियम के अधीन पत्र सभा पटल पर रखे गए हों उनके अनुपालन में यदि कोई त्रुटियां पाई जाएं तो उनके बारे में , या यदि ऐसे पत्र संसद के समक्ष रखने में अनुचित विलंब हुआ हो तो उसके बारे में , सदन को प्रतिवेदन देती है .
